PHD Rooftop Lounge - Manhattan’s premier rooftop lounge is located on the twelfth floor and flaunts uninterrupted views of the Hudson River and the Empire State Building. PHD features timeless, luxurious finishes, a state of the art sound and lighting system, and two full service bars.
